Why We Built This Site
Public access in Georgia depends on knowing the custodian. The court creates the warrant and controls its case procedure; the Clerk of Superior, State and Juvenile Court maintains those court files; RCSO handles law-enforcement and booking records; and the Warrant Division receives Civil and Magistrate matters. A missed State Court date follows a different route from a Hephzibah traffic citation. Because the Most Wanted program is curated and Inmate Inquiry covers bookings, neither can provide a complete all-clear. The site brings together official contact details, access limits, and request steps without pretending those separate systems form one database.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant checks: how to make a Richmond County warrant check through the responsible court or agency
- Outstanding process: what an active warrant search can and cannot establish
- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which Richmond County court controls them
- Charge-based process: how arrest warrants are considered and served in Richmond County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, with no connection to a Georgia court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Its limits are important:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
