This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the sheriff's warrant unit or the issuing court directly.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Use the route that matches the Richmond County matter instead of relying on one general search:
- Whether a warrant exists: contact the sheriff's warrant unit, the office that serves warrants and can confirm an outstanding one by name and date of birth
- A missed State Court date: call the Solicitor General at 706-821-1220; a city case goes to its municipal court
- Resolving a warrant: talk to a licensed Georgia attorney and the issuing court about the proper hearing, surrender, or bond process
- An arrest warrant tied to a charge: the issuing court sets the charge and bond; the sheriff's warrant unit serves it
